You may return most new, unworn items with packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding tights & knickers). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of it arriving back to us (sometimes even quicker). This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. To return an item to us, please package the products carefully and pay the postage costs, (we would advise you get free proof of posting at your Post Office for this).

UK Customers - We are happy to exchange any item, please Contact Us if you are wanting to make an exchange so we can check the item is in stock and then pop it to one side for you. We can only exchange an item once due to postage charges.
International customers – we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
Shipping - UK
Our deliveries are made by Royal Mail; however, we may use a different currier depending on the size of your order. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct on our confirmation e-mail as we cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses supplied to us.
Orders delivered to the UK have FREE postage on them no matter the size of the order. We may require a signature for some orders if this is inconvenient please either contact us or consider another delivery address such as a workplace.
All order will be sent out the next working day by 2nd Class post (Royal Mail 48 Standard 3 – 5 working days).
Claims for missing parcels should be received by us within 14 days after purchase. We will contact Royal Mail about missing parcels and open a case with them if needed.
Shipping – Worldwide
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All international items are sent 'signed for' and will have a tracking number. Delivery costs and timescales are in accordance with Royal Mail’s international shipping info. In the event of delivery delay we will use this information to gage a timescale on when we can declare a parcel missing.
Please note that all shipments to the US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
